On July 20-22, 2011, VI International festival of children's creativity for gifted children from socially unprotected categories will be held in Kiev (children from socially unprotected categories are children from large, poor, broken, dysfunctional and foster families, orphans and children deprived of parental care, children with special needs, pupils of orphanages and boarding schools).

Contests within the framework of Festival will be in vocal, choreography and original genre categories.

All the children aged 6 to 17 years who belong to socially unprotected categories will have an opportunity to take part in festival competitions.

For participation in the Festival all applicants must submit duly filled in aplication form and video clip of their proposed performance to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. Videos can also be submitted in any convenient way - YouTube, social networks, file sharing services etc. - provided a link to view or download video is forwarded to the indicated above email address. There are no special technical requirements in regards to the video quality, you can easily send clips recorded via mobile phone, web cameras etc.

The jury consisting of well-known artists and celebrities will select videos for online voting. All selected videos will be available for review and voting in social networks:

Winners will be determined by the total number of online votes in social networks and by the score their video will receive from the jury. Upon completion of voting Festival organizing committee will summarize and publish results on the official website of the Festival, www.mriy.org, and in social networks.
