Association of international and all-Ukrainian public organizaions "Social protection" in partnership and within framework of "Follow Your Dream" festival prodly announces a start of a new charity programme for talented and  self-motivated Ukrainian youth from socially disadvantaged groups who want to enroll and study in a higher education establishment on a budget form of education but who need our help to fulfill this dream. "Social protection" offers substantial financial support for such students on a monthly basis. Details and conditions are available in Russian and Ukrainian.
